Default region upon login
It would be great if we could set the default region for the app. Instead I am always logged in into US and then have to switch to EU because all my sites are there.

Add Proofpoint RBL list to blocklist monitoring
Recently proofpoint blocked mailgun IP ranges and our dedicated IPs were part of this range hence all of our clients using proofpoint were blocking emails from our dedicated IPs. This issue was identified only after our clients started complaining after 2 days when they did not receive any emails for 2 days and missed lot of important ones. This is not good since our client had to inform us about this even though their email provider blocked our IPs but there should be some way for us to identify such issue. We do have blocklist monitoring enable on our account…

Ability to customize the Unsubscribe Page
When we click on the unsubscribe link on the email. Mailgun takes us to a standard page with no styles or design. We need an ability to customize the templates of that page or atleast enhance that page to look a bit better.
When end clients click on our emails to unsubscribe & land on this rudimentary page, it does not look nice at all.43 votesThe best path forward might be to offer a landing page with available HTML editor so that you can style your own unsubscribe page. Would an account level landing page work? As opposed to per sending domain? That would probably simplify implementation.
As to the resubscribe option we would have to devise a tag that could be used on the page to allow recipient to resubscribe if they mistakenly went through unsub process.
Let me know what you think.

Don't generate open events for spam bot opens.
Mailjet added a feature to prevent open events if the open was done by a spam bot filter. Provide an option on a domain basis to disable open events due to spam bots.

A more in-depth permissions / roles system with the API
We need a more in-depth permissions management system with the API. Right now, only the admin role can create SMTP credentials. We are not comfortable having an admin API key floating around, that if someone malicious is putting his hand on it, he could be able to delete every existing SMTP keys / users. A permissions system instead of roles could be a great idea. If it's too complicated, you can create a new role for adding SMTP credentials only. Or maybe simply add the permission to create keys, but not delete, to the developers role.

Deactivating users instead of deleting them
When attempting to revoke access to past employee's account, I was expecting the ability to deactivate an account, especially since the user listing also mentions user status.
Deactivating is generally a better practice since it retains user information and history for auditing purposes. It would also allow temporary suspending access without having to recreate the user.

Simplify SPF for EU domains
Currently, the mailgun SPF record includes 5 DNS lookups out of 10 possible (as you can see in the attached screenshot).
We need to connect multiple domains that also have other email providers (and taking 5 spaces out of 10 possible just for mailgun is not possible)
It would be great to :
1. Decrease the DNS lookup count for "mailgun.org" to prevent reaching the limit of 10
And/Or
2. Allow only _spf.eu.mailgun.org for EU domains (which counts as 1 DNS lookup)Thanks !

Process emails with size limit > 25MB
In our business a lot of heavy attachments are sent but if the email size is more than 25MB then mailgun is not able to process it and store it and these emails get lost.
Would be great to have the ability (or as an additional option) to increase this size limit mailgun supports. Otherwise process it without the attachments and have a flag to identify these emails, so we don't lose track of the them.
