  1. Return Search Bar for logs

    There used to be a search bar on the logs page that allowed us to search for anything (from the sender to the subject matter). This has been removed and, from what I can tell, replaced with the filtering functionality (which doesn't allow us to search for stuff in the subject header and other areas as far as I can tell). Could you help me find where I can search for this information again please as this is a huge part of why we pay for Mailgun? Also, could I recommend bringing the search bar back as it was incredibly…

  2. Resend email functionality available to support role or create a new low perm role with this function

    Would be great to not have to provide someone admin/dev permissions just so they can resend emails. We have some emails that don't make it or get missed and it is helpful to have an agent that can resend emails to themselves on occasion and then forward it to the user to ensure they recieve it. If it was a new low permission set role or if you could enable a specific permission with a checkbox against a user's account "allow this user to resend emails" this would make it so we don't all have to have other excessive permissions…

  3. feedback about mail gun email service rendering

    Email previews are available for every operating system, except the Huawei's HarmonyOS. Could you perhaps incorporate this as well? Additionally, why is the background picture not rendering on any desktop Outlook platform?

  5. update the email from mailgun to include the company the user was removed from.

    When an admin is removed from a Mailgun account, Mailgun sends out a confirmation email regarding this, but it would be helpful to include the company name on that email for cases where you manage multiple Mailgun accounts.

    Your SPF-setup include:mailgun.org takes three DNS-lookups for your customers.

    I don't think this is professional enough. Ten DNS-look-ups is their maximum.

  7. Provide More Verbose Response When Attempting to use SAML SSO on non Scale Plans

    If a plan was on Scale and used SAML SSO, then downgraded to a lower plan while SAML was enabled, attempting to log into Mailgun via SAML returns a 500 error. This can be confusing to customers who are not aware that SAML SSO is exclusive to Scale plan
