Support for Gmail Emoji Reactions
Some Mailgun customers will utilize routes to filter messages from Gmail which include Emoji Reactions from Gmail. These reactions in specific do not appear to be visible in our message parsing, which can cause pain points with customers who utilize this data

Your SPF-setup include:mailgun.org takes three DNS-lookups for your customers.
I don't think this is professional enough. Ten DNS-look-ups is their maximum.

update the email from mailgun to include the company the user was removed from.
When an admin is removed from a Mailgun account, Mailgun sends out a confirmation email regarding this, but it would be helpful to include the company name on that email for cases where you manage multiple Mailgun accounts.

Provide More Verbose Response When Attempting to use SAML SSO on non Scale Plans
If a plan was on Scale and used SAML SSO, then downgraded to a lower plan while SAML was enabled, attempting to log into Mailgun via SAML returns a 500 error. This can be confusing to customers who are not aware that SAML SSO is exclusive to Scale plan
2 votesIntroducing new downgrade flow to inform users or removal of features not support on destination plan. In case of SAML the auth method will be disabled on the account upon downgrade.
