  1. Webhook testing for Mailgun Optimize

    Currently you can send test webhooks for Mailgun Send. However, Mailgun Optimize does not have this capacity, so it's not possible to test those hooks. This is particularly important because those hooks will probably fire less (e.g. blocked IP) so developers should be able to more thoroughly test those endpoints up front.

  2. for email verifications to listen on port 465 and 587 and not just on port 25

    At the moment, Mailgun's email verifications only listen on port 25. I would like to have Mailgun's email verifications listen on ports 465 and 587 as well.
