Flex plan needs some way to use inbound routes feature
With the introduction of the the Flex plan and the elimination of the free plan the "Inbound Routing" feature is no longer available for the entry level plan.
This broke a major use case for Mailgun as routes are an essential feature even for low mail volume accounts.
$35 to acquire mail routing is just infeasible when you only use 200 e-mails per month.
Mailgun needs to somehow allow Flex plan users to either have a pay-per-use for routing or make it available outright. Otherwise you are saying you do not really need these low volume customers.

Different currency for payment (EURO/GBP)
The payment option. Please add PayPal or more currency available. With my CC if i pay $1 USD because my CC is in GBP i will pay additonal tax of 15 GBP, so don t make sense for us to pay the invoice. So, add additional currency and payments methods. Thank you.

Additional billing options
I usually avoid entering my credit card info, especially for subscription services. It will be nice to have option for "credits/digital wallet" similar to DigitalOcean or Vultr, where you could pay in advance for example via PayPal.

Display "How much you'll be charged so far this month"
Somewhere it could tell you how much your costs have been this month from sending emails.
I emailed support, who confirmed this doesn't currently happen and it would be worth submitting a feature request.1 vote -
Error on flex plan pricing (website)
There seems to be an error on the Flex Plan pricing details. When you click on Price details on https://app.mailgun.com/app/billing/plans, the pop-up window is confusing and incorrect.

Minimum invoice amount
I received an invoice of $1 and was surprised Mailgun makes a profit out of this after all costs of administration and support. A client of mine received an invoice of $0.80.
Sure you can do better than this!
I don't mind that you turned the Free plan into a Flex subscription. But the way you do it is a heavy workload of bookkeeping and administration.
Other than that, I love the product.

Pay in advance and keep a balance
It would be awesome to prepay into my account. For example be able to pay $20 and keep that balance to pay from. I would think that you would rather that over micropayments too.

UX bug - update Payment Method
RE: Updating Payment Method
Re: Address section
Only 'Billing address (line 1)' is availableThis is weird.. it makes you feel like the form is incomplete and updating credit card wont work - which it didn't - took three attempts before my updated credit card would save.
Suggest you do a UX run through.

roles
I added someone to my account as a developer. They are able to see the billing information which I don't like. They cannot change it but they can still the credit card information. Only Admins and the Owner should be allowed to see the Billing info.
Thanks.

Prepaid account
Could you integrate the prepayment? Indeed, my bank charges a fee for each monthly payment (which is higher than the invoice itself because my usage is low). If I could credit an account in advance it would be more convenient!

email invoice
Is there anyway to get the Mailgun invoices sent via email? This would be helpful when paying the bill.

Add place where users can pay due invoices, have to wait for the customer support is an overkill

Total sent and Billing amount by domain
Can we get total emails send by domain?
And how much is it costing, so I can charge the right amount to each specific client?1 vote -
Tiny invoicing annoyance
Lots of tiny invoices are creating a paperwork pain as they all need to be downloaded and added to company accounts / VAT return. Can we just purchase some credits on block?

2020 billing changes are driving me to another platform
I do not yet have anywhere near the need for the foundation plan, with my monthly billing coming in at less than half the cost. However, you pulled the access to routes back when you changed all the structures. Kind of messed up to take features away that previously worked. Anyhow, instead of planning to grow my businesses within mailgun, I will need to move to another platform instead once one more route is needed (the existing one's continued to work thankfully). It definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth though; having invested time into working within your platform,…

Developer accounts where you can code against all features without paying production rates.,
Developers need access to the service without paying production rate costs because they aren't doing more than working with it - features such as routes are now not able to be tested this way.

Report of send emails by domain
Hello,
I'd like to suggest a feature request..
I did not found a report that list to me the amount of emails that were send by domain. Every month I need to get that amount to charge my customers, it would be very helpful to us.
Thanks!3 votes -
Prepaid plan that lets you add money from PayPal
I do not have a credit card, so I would like to be able to add money to some prepaid balance on my Mailgun account. When going above the free amount of emails per month, it would take money from the prepaid balance until it is empty.
I would prefer to pay with iDeal ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IDEAL ) or with PayPal.
