Row numbers on search results / bounce /suppressions
Bounce and Suppressions doesn't show any row counts. It's hard to do searching to see how many rows we have. Only exporting make clear the numbers and it's a bit stupid only for counting

Unable to update template reply to when using visual builder.
When using drag and drop option for templates, after you set the reply to you are unable to make any changes to the reply to after the template is created. Even if you create a new version the reply to information stays the same.

Use Recipient Variable without batch sending
Could Mailgun provide some option to explicitly disable Batch Sending, or not batch send if the only Recipient Variables being used are related to one-click unsubscribe headers?

Ability to customize the Unsubscribe Page
When we click on the unsubscribe link on the email. Mailgun takes us to a standard page with no styles or design. We need an ability to customize the templates of that page or atleast enhance that page to look a bit better.
When end clients click on our emails to unsubscribe & land on this rudimentary page, it does not look nice at all.43 votesThe best path forward might be to offer a landing page with available HTML editor so that you can style your own unsubscribe page. Would an account level landing page work? As opposed to per sending domain? That would probably simplify implementation.
As to the resubscribe option we would have to devise a tag that could be used on the page to allow recipient to resubscribe if they mistakenly went through unsub process.
Let me know what you think.

Mailgun to Cloudflare's Verified bots list
My domain is behind a Cloudflare proxy and the webhook is being blocked by the Bot fight mode. Did you considered adding Mailgun to Cloudflare's Verified bots list? I think it is a great candidate for it. This would then allow to pass the bot fight mode.

Log Retention Period Longer Than 30 Days
Currently our log retention period has a maximum of 30 days. Having a longer message retention is something that many customers would benefit from
6 votesHello,
We are looking at partnering on this vs. building. Are there any 3rd party providers (think Data Dog) you would call out as a possible solution? Any experience with said platforms?

"Remove All" Option for Complaints and Unsubscribes
Currently our UI gives a "Remove All" option for Bounces only, and is not present for Complaints and Unsubscribes. Some customers would like to have this option for Complaints and Unsubscribes

Suppressions search
We often need to search for a suppressed email in all sub-domains. As far as I understand, currently the search works only for a specific sub-domain. We have to check that for each sub-domain separately. Can you make an option which checks all domains by default in "Suppressions".

Allow Route Filter on Email Body
Currently our routes only support filtering for the message header, and not the body. Being able to filter by specific body content would be helpful.

Option to Duplicate Template in MG Drag and Drop Template Builder
Currently our DnD template builder has a duplicate option, but this only applies to the template version. Some users would prefer the option to make a duplicate which is a completely new template, and not just a new version within the same template

Upload Images for Use in MG Drag and Drop Template Builder
Currently the Mailgun drag and drop template builder only allows for images to be provided via URL. It would be helpful to also have the option to upload an actual image file to Mailgun.

Allow link tracking on URLs longer than 1000 characters
Please add support for click tracking on URLs longer than 1000 characters. As far as I can see this limitation on link-rewriting is not documented. Our SSO solution generates links in the 1000 - 1300 char range that contain a base64 encoded JWT. All browsers support at least 2048 characters so it would be obvious to allow as least as many characters for the rewrites.

Add support for macros in DNS SPF records
Currently, DNS SPF records using macros will not be automatically approved by mailgun. Some mail services (like valimail.com) use macros to avoid the SPF character limit.
Example:
v=spf1 include:mydomain.com.nspf.vali.email include:%{i}.ip.%{h}.ehlo.%{d}.spf.vali.email ~all9 votes -

Share templates between domains
I would like to ask, whether it is possible (or at least you plan it in the future) to share mailgun templates between domains?
We would love to have 2 separate domains for production and testing purposes, but share templates, se we do not have to duplicate them and keep different ids depending on environment from which we are sending.76 votes -
Per-link analytics for click tracking
Being able to track opens and clicks and consume that data via the Analytics dashboard is awesome. However, most emails that we send out contain multiple links - e.g. for account activation, homepage, featured blog post, social links, etc.
I would like to be able to have analytics on a per-link basis. Mailchimp allows this, see https://i.imgur.com/2iIocrv.png.

Analytics by SMTP user
It would be great to filter analytics by SMTP user!
17 votesThis ask might be better satisfied through use of our tagging feature so you can arbitrarily mark-up your message with a value specific to that SMTP user. You could then easily filter data in our new reporting specific to that tag.
