where to find the smtp password in new ui?7 votes
The new design looks nice but not mobile friendly. I had difficulty navigating around while on my iPhone XS.
The reason I had to use mobile was to check the logs to see if an email was sent out or not.3 votes
There is a way to create multiple logins for the same Mailgun account but we can't reuse an existing account. The error message is:
Error: Unable to invite user. User already exists
We need a way to manage multiple accounts under the same email, not having this is a total nightmare :\ We have this in Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, Mailchimp, etc ...
There is no way I will ask my clients to forward me the "passcode" everytime I need to login on my client's account.16 votes
I really like the new UI. One request!! Could you please return the count of the number of results returned by the search filter. I entered a search parameter to find out how many emails were sent with that pattern. I see the results, but I need to know how many results are returned. I really need to know the count so that we can increase our user-base. Thanks!!2 votes
A problem with sending email with Mailgun is: many Mailgun users are using the same IP-address. When another user is sending spam, all emails from that IP-address to Hotmail/Live addresses are blocked, until Mailgun has assegned a new IP-address after a couple of hours (when I create a ticket).
My idea: an automatic affected IP-address detection. When Microsoft returns an error "bad IP reputation", then automatically assign a new IP address and resend the failed emails.4 votes
Suppressions: not searching for an email given in the search field. Returning all bounces. Am sure this was working in the new look site recently.1 vote
The pagination UX should be much clearer. I have no idea how many total results there are, or what page I'm on. And the "next page" links should be disabled when on the last page.2 votes
Hi, I couldn't figure out how to delete a domain in 'pending DNS verification' state so I deleted it using classic UI.
Hi, I think you need to include the ability to look at email sends hourly as you could in the old UI in the "Reporting" section. I was able to filter a specific message and then look at the hourly sending trends.1 vote
Support SAML SSO as well as oAuth or OpenID8 votes
Thanks for the suggestion. This is currently on deck and will begin development once Google Auth is complete.
Thanks for your patience!
request pagination urls with https instead of http, for example: https://api.mailgun.net/v2/<domain>/tags?page=next&tag=<tag>&limit=1000,
Currently GET /<domain>/tags pagination urls with http instead of https.
["first"]=> string(76) "http://api.mailgun.net/v2/<domain>/tags?page=first&tag=&limit=1000"
["last"]=> string(75) "http://api.mailgun.net/v2/<domain>/tags?page=last&tag=&limit=1000"
["next"]=> string(88) "http://api.mailgun.net/v2/<domain>/tags?page=next&tag=<tag>&limit=1000"
["previous"]=> string(99) "http://api.mailgun.net/v2/<domain>/tags?page=prev&tag=<tag>&limit=1000"
and calling on http://api.mailgun.net/v2/<domain>/tags?page=next&tag=<tag>&limit=1000
thank you2 votes
For Stats regarding specific Tags, need to use the `/<domain>/tag/<tag_name>/stats` endpoint.
Will it be possible to request for an endpoint that returns Stats for all Tags instead of just specific Tag please?2 votes
During warmup, it's a bit of a black box right now in terms of trying to figure out what's happening. In order to find out how many mails get sent per cold IP 1, cold IP 2 or shared, we can do advanced searches like envelope.sending-ip:126.96.36.199 but this only gives the tabular results, not the totals in the graph. Ideally, the sending IP would be in a column of the tabular data to begin with, so it can be filtered/sorted. And when we do the sending-ip searches, we really want the graph with the event filters. Only then we can easily gauge numbers per IP and performance per IP. Without this, we can only blindly trust your not so transparent automatic warmup system that rotates sending IPs.

Thanks for the feedback! We’re planning to perform an overhaul on the logs page here soon, which includes additional filtering capabilities. Stay tuned!
Is it possible that you could stop auto-disabling the xyz TLD? If not, it would be really nice to have a list of TLDs I should avoid.1 vote

Add a feature to export the logs summary or log detail in a text, csv or xls file by clicking an export button27 votes
Thanks for submitting and supporting this feature improvement!
A new and improved Control Panel is in the works and we’re looking to add a button to export logs from within your web browser. For now our development team looked into this and offered a solution to export logs via our API. You can read more about the solution here: https://documentation.mailgun.com/en/latest/api-export.html#exports
Thanks again for this suggestion and patience as we work on improving our product for you!

The new control panel doesn't appear to have the ability to select multiple domains in the reporting area. This was achieved with filters in the Classic Dashboard.
We use this to view the perfomance of all the subdomains for a client in one report. This new dashboard makes us have to pull a report for each domain and then use a calculator to add it up.
Can this be added back into the new dashboard?1 vote
Logs are inaccurate and filters don't work.1 vote
Add the ability to cancel delivery of an email. Sometimes you may want to attempt to deliver an email to see if it will throttle. Being able to cancel the retry attempts would be nice.1 vote
In incoming mails all the files - embedded or attached - come in one big bunch.
It's also impossible to re-build the HTML, because the identifiers aren't there.
If there was an extra array passed on with the request, containing file names with their original identifiers, this would become possible.2 votes
