Hello,
We are looking at partnering on this vs. building. Are there any 3rd party providers (think Data Dog) you would call out as a possible solution? Any experience with said platforms?

Hi Travis, actually unsure, I was hiring a 3rd party devs from India which does the job but as I am not professional on this matter I would no be able to say if are good choice or not, the only thing I would know is India have a good devs per cost ratio. I would suggest that maybe could mailgun extend the period for an <$5 extra fee and would be monetized and yet appreciated. actually the current log is 5 days !! even shorter.
