Malware scan of Email attachments
I am writing to request the implementation of a malware scan for attachments in incoming emails. We regularly receive emails from users that may include attachments, it is imperative that we take proactive measures to mitigate the risk of malware infiltration. To achieve this, we kindly request the integration of a robust malware scanning system for email attachments.
The primary objective is to identify and eliminate any potential threats that may be concealed within attachments before they reach the intended recipients.1 vote -

Cancel shedule email
Currently we are stuck in situtation where we are scheduled the future email but we can not cancel the the scheduled email.
Ex: We have scheduled 5000 emails which are sent after 2 days. I want to cancel only 5 emails out of 5000 but this simple functionality does not exist by REST API.
Suppricing for any user that I can schedule the email but I can't cancel the specific scheduled email.
Can we have this functionality, please?

Add the ability to send alarms in the form of emails or webhooks in response to set criteria, e.g. delivery rate drops below 95% or more than 10000 temporary failures in an hour.

Email Tags Filter by "Contains"
Could you add a feature to filter tags using “contains” in addition to is/is not? It would be very useful for us and our clients to be able to search strings which are partial matches, instead of only case-sensitive exact matches. This would greatly reduce the likelihood of human error and make it much easier to filter using tags.

Prompt us the login requires AUTHY app
I don't log into Mailgun all that often, so each time I do I am stumped by the authentication process, the 6 digit code. It would be SOOOOOO helpful if you mentioned the 3rd part app AUTHY at that point, as otherwise I spend time looking through phones and email accounts for a code until something jogs my memory to remind me . Every site I use has a differnet auth process so would really appreciate a little clearer UX. Thank you 👍

Mailgun to Cloudflare's Verified bots list
My domain is behind a Cloudflare proxy and the webhook is being blocked by the Bot fight mode. Did you considered adding Mailgun to Cloudflare's Verified bots list? I think it is a great candidate for it. This would then allow to pass the bot fight mode.

Log API URL/Method being used for mail relay using API
We want the below information to be logged and we should be able to retrievable using mailgun API Events.

We want to raise a feature request/bug fix to not allow option to send cc/bcc using /message.mime endpoint.
Also, a feature request to have an option to disable the /message.mime endpoint method for our registered domain.

Test Your Site in Safari
Your web site does not function in Safari. It took 18 minutes to load the main dashboard page, and ever after 18 minutes, all I get is a white screen. I don't understand why you don't test your site in Safari.

Ability to configure static routes for email delivery and bypass mx records
A few customers are requesting the ability to add static routes to mail servers instead of using DNS MX Records.
This would allow them more control and will help them avoid issues with third party mail service outages and spam detection.

Region and Domain Switchers Inconsistent Behaviour
My sandbox region is set to the USA - but all of my domains are EU registered.
This wouldn't normally be an issue, however, despite never interacting with the sandbox domain, my Region switcher (and in certain parts of the portal my domain switcher) insists on moving back to US (and the sandbox domain respectively).
It sounds small, but it's quite annoying as I'm trying to navigate around.
I can't seem to switch the region or remove my sandbox domain, but I also don't know why the portal isn't more consistent as I nav around.

user permissions to individual domains
Currently, there is no way to allow developers access to test data only. I don't want to give them access to production data unless I absolutely have to. It's full of sensitive data. So the only "solution" is to set up the whole Mailchimp service 2x, to have everything duplicated.
Please come fix this. Just extend user permissions so that one can select a checkboxlist of domains they can access across the entire dashboard, api.
Take Cloudflare as an example for inspiration.

Specific error message when creating too many routes
Add a more specific error message when you create too many routes for your current plan (i.e. flex plan maximum is maximum of 5 routes). Otherwise, you are using trial-and-error for many hours to find the issue (because the current error message is: Couldn't create the route)
