Request for Mailgun to Properly Handle Multiple href-Style Attributes
Currently Mailgun rewrites the first href-like attribute it finds (such as data-cke-saved-href) instead of the actual visible href. This is causing inconsistent tracking behavior in certain HTML structures generated by editors like CKEditor.
Feature Request: Improve Mailgun link rewriting logic to properly handle anchor tags containing multiple href-related attributes.

Disabling of Region within the Mailgun account
Due to GDPR, our account must run exclusively in EU. However, I have experienced a couple of bugs in which when I log in, I sign up in US region (even though I changed my default region to EU). For this reason, we would like to have the option to disable a region to ensure all the users in our instance are logged in to the right region.

Easier on the borders in Dark Mode
The borders around elements in dark mode are far too bright and make it visually confusion. Try removing borders from things that don't need it, like the content boxes. Then lighten the borders on other interface elements like the header and sidebar. See attached screenshot. Much easier on the eyes, right?

Webhook URL provisioning based on filter expressions (e.g. tags)
Currently limited webhooks can be created at the account or domain level and can only be limited to unique urls per event types.
It would be very useful if different webhook urls can be configured based on additional filter expressions like tags or some other parameter. The Analytics Logs API allows filtering on several parameters and for customers moving away from that to using webhooks this feature would add value.

GCP Marketplace Onboarding Experience
Upon subscribing to a Mailgun plan via the GCP Marketplace, we were not provided with clear instructions on how to complete the onboarding process on the Mailgun platform. Guidance on the next steps following subscription activation would greatly improve the customer experience.
** Support Accessibility:
Although our subscription includes phone-based support, we have been unable to access this benefit. Currently, our only option is to submit support cases online, which appears to follow the same process as free-tier users without a defined response SLA. This has made it challenging to get timely assistance with our requests.** Suggestion:

Add Usage Alerts for Validation Activity

Specific error message when trying to send emails despite having an expired payment method
I just spent the last week or so trying to solve an issue where Mailgun was preventing me from sending emails and throwing this error message: "Mailgun Error 420: Domain [my domain] is not allowed to send: recipient limit exceeded." It turned out my payment method had expired, and even though I hadn't actually exceeded my recipient limit, the platform was blocking me. Please update the error message for better understanding.

Restore ability to embed variables in URLs in Visual Template Editor
When editing email templates via the visual builder, when setting the address for a web link it is no longer possible to use recipient variables as part of the URL. E.g on entering "https://%recipient.baseUrl%/docs/" as the address, the interface validation treats the URL as invalid and the "Apply" button is disabled (see screenshot).
At present the entire URL can be wrapped in
%symbols, but it's no longer possible to have%symbols within the URL. I'm not sure why this feature was removed, perhaps it was a mistake in an update to the regex checking? It's very useful to…

Domain Logs - Ensure a "Deliverd" or "Failed" entry is log for every message
When analyzing logs for a domain, I encounter a case where for a certain domain, only "Accepted" logs were shown.
I was unable to see a "Failed" log with the underlying error.
In my case, the erreor was related to a specific domain that was having multiple MX Records.
It was however hard to understand the error as I was unable to see any failure in the logs.

Cancel queued emails from a particular sender
Similar to the cancel emails for a domain but filtered on emails sent by a sender (From field in the message). for example this would allow cancelling emails from no-reply@company.com but not the ones sent by alerts@company.com

Extend API to Allow Modifying Message on the Server without Downloading
It would be great if Mailgun API is extended to allow modifying the message on the server, before sending it out, without downloading.
Our use case is very simple. We want to update FROM, TO, CC, BCC for each received message and send it out. The current API allows this use case, but requires that each message is entirely downloaded by our services, including all possibly big attachments, and uploaded back to Mailgun after updating. This is a lot of wasted network bandwidth both ways and highly increases processing / delivery times of each message.
If Mailgun API is extended…

Log Attachments and ReplyTo Header
It would be nice to download the Mail Attachments from the Logs. This is especially useful for Testing or Real-World Issue Tracking.
Also I'm missing the "reply-to" Header in the Logs. Is there a way to expose this?1 vote -
Name, email and number to be added to CSV email validation file
The ability to upload not only the email but also the name so it makes it easy to manage CSV files and validated emails when adding them back into the crm system. At the moment, with just emails, it's a long process. Trying to update files with names on valid emails causes long issues; if we were able to just export validated names, emails, and numbers, then it'd be easy to move files between systems.

Batch processing tools on mailing lists in the web console
I need to make a report of who is subscribed to all of our mailing lists. Doing so in the web interface makes me open each mailing list one by one, then click the Export Recipients button, then the Download Recipients button. I have hundreds of lists so doing them all would take a very long time. It should be possible to click a button on the main Mailing Lists screen to export all lists (or all selected, with a checkbox for each list) and download the entire thing. That's possible only through the API but that requires a developer…

DKIM validator should be able to validate DKIM records that are split.
Currently DKIM validator does not support validating DKIM keys that are split into two records. This can happen when the DNS provider has a limit of 255 chars per record and 2048bit key is required to be used. Currently I can see that the validator is able to pick up the split record but add a line break between the records and thus it does not match. This should be handled better.
