Mailing list alias search without typing the whole alias
Please allow us to search the mailing list aliases without having to type out the whole alias. The reason being if we have dozens of mailing list, and we need to frequently add new mailing lists, we would be able to check with ease whether the mailing list exist or not.

Custom headers for bulk email
I am writing to request a new feature that would enhance the functionality of Mailgun's Bulk Sending API. Currently, while Bulk Sending allows for efficient email delivery to multiple recipients, it lacks the ability to set custom headers for each recipient individually.
Here's the scenario I'm facing:
- I want to send a bulk email campaign to a list of customers.
- While the email content might be similar, I need to include different custom headers for each recipient (e.g., X-Customer-ID, X-Campaign-ID).

Allow setting the open, click, and unsubscribe settings when creating a domain
Currently when creating a new domain via the API, we have to set the open, click, and unsubscribe tracking settings via individual PUTs. Instead, we should be able to create and configure a domain in a single call - that way we don't have to worry about a domain being partially setup.

Option to normalize bare line feeds in submitted messages
Request an option for Mailgun to detect and normalize bare line feeds in messages submitted over SMTP before sending them to recipient servers. Sending application produces messages that can trigger a Microsoft 365 550 5.6.11 rejection, and Mailgun should handle the formatting during outbound delivery.

Make it easier to create tests or subfolders in a folder
Creating a test when insider a folder should pre-select that folder in the test creation wizard. I shouldn't have to search for that folder again. Also same for creating subfolders within a folder I'm viewing.

Need readiness or liveness probe to determine service health
Hi Team,
I am currently setting up monitoring and alerting systems for our integration with Mailgun. To ensure high availability and proactively detect any potential outages, we would like to implement automated health checks.
Does Mailgun provide official, authenticated or unauthenticated readiness or liveness endpoints that we can safely ping at regular intervals to verify system status?

Enable / disable autosave autosave in Mailgun templates
There is a autosave feature in Maligun Templates when using the editor with templates. Customers would like to have more control over this and have a feature when we can disable autosave and manage version control better.

The ability to change the timezone shown in the logs
Our business is based in the UK and logs are in US timezone. A lot of our emails are triggered from make.com and the logs for that are in UK time. It is a pain to try to match up times in different timezones.

Description: Create a footer, header, copyright section, sign-off, etc. once and reuse it across multiple templates. When the component is updated, all templates should automatically inherit the change. This will allow us to create components (or building blocks) that would need to be maintained only once but reuse in multiple templates.

Expand the ability to copy templates into completely new templates to also make templates show up in the template builder as base version like the currently built in templates

Copy pasting of Template parts or creating your own elements
Regarding Templates.
It would be nice if you could create your own elements which you could reuse and copy into different new templates.
As an example footers with the contact details of your company which you would put on every single email. As it stands you would have to redo those elements hundreds of times if you have a lot of different templates.1 vote -
