When viewing the json data in the logs, it would be nice to have the data all expanded by default. Maybe this is just a setting...

Well, I spoke too soon, the release that included this change had to be rolled back for an unrelated reason. We’ll get it back out soon.
Do not like your new system at all. It is very slow. The filter menu does not go away so it blocks the code.
As an ide it would be really helpful if you were able to print off a .csv of all the permanent fails.1 vote
UI bug - domain overview list does not appear after deleting a domain1 vote
The log filtering and paging could use some more work. As a filter user, I want to be able to get a quick idea of how many log records have been returned by my query. This could be done by listing a count of the matching records found. The pager is also giving poor feedback on the number of pages to view. You can not tell if there are more pages in the results without actually clicking the next/last buttons. Perhaps you can dim those buttons if there are no more results. It would also be nice to add direct links in there (1,2,3, etc) to give the user a sense of the number of pages and were they are at.

Allow middle button click to open dashboard links in new tab.
Currently it opens the page in the same tab, erasing any work you might have. Example: if you are writing a support ticket and try to open the domain list in a new tab with mouse middle click, it refreshes the page and you lose what was being typed in the form...1 vote
The below request fails with message:
"'from' parameter is not a valid address. please check documentation"
This could be confusing, especially for a novice developer.
curl -s --user 'api:key-00000000000000000000000000000000' \
-F 'from=No Reply <email@example.com>;filename=test' \

Every time I login, it requires a 2-factor auth code.
Can we set it so it doesn't ask us the code each and every time we login? I login daily and it drives me insane!
Instead, it could ask us for it once every 30 days or only when signing in on a new browser?1 vote
how do i get a detailed spread sheet of my logs i can download
for example today I have 1949,852 and 206 permanent errors
how do i get those email addresses and the reasons
the export supressions for the day only gives me 21 records
i am not unwilling to upgrade but i don't want a dedicated IP THANK YOU1 vote
When I resend an email, I would like to be able to pick an IP address to send from just in case I want to use a dedicated IP instead of a shared one. The shared IP may be causing delivery issues.1 vote
On a normal laptop screen when the "sending" item is open in the left menu, I can neither see nor scroll and hence not navigate to the bottom menu items (e.g. "settings"). I was searching for that for like 30min until I realized that it might be a UI bug. The menu should support and indicate scrolling.1 vote
Mailgun sends e-mail if number undelivered e-mails are exceeds a certain number (configurable) in order to fix problems early.1 vote
Account temporarily disabled:
Maybe disable the domain rather than the whole **** account. Or better yet, disable based on what was exposed. My whole account got suspended because I commited a single password to a public repo, then it affected all my services. It's over the top and ridiculous.
Thank you for reacting to a leaked password, but suspending the whole account because of one SMTP password is ridiculous. If I had 5-10 services using it, they would all go down because of a problem isolated to one user & password.1 vote
bug here see attachment: Invalid date1 vote
It would be *extremely* useful to be able to sort unsubscribes and complains by date in Dashboard -> Suppressions, rather than by recipient. Even better, make all three columns (recipient, timestamp, tags) sortable. Preferably also allow the user to choose a default sorting.1 vote
Thank you for your api
1. i want to create inbox (email) address programatically using mailgun api.
2. user send the email to the above created email address.
3. i want to read that email with attachment using mailgun api.
is there any way to achieve this using mail gun
i tried out your create mailbox api, but it just create an SMTP credential. but i did not want that.
i want dynamic email creation , and read email when someone send a mail on that dynamically created email address1 vote
We chatted a month or so back and you said you were adding the ability to download logs. ETA on when that will be available?1 vote
Hi Chris, the big problem so far is checking the logs, frequently we're not 100% sure which domain an email came from so we need to check 2 or 3, with the old panel this was easy, just change the drop down, with the new one you have to select see full domain list and when you select the domain it takes you to the overview not the logs. Any chance you can scrap the small domain list and show me them all? Failing that, on selecting the domain take you back to the page you started on?
Uploading List fails even if i remove all the data columns and call a single column email.1 vote
On the logging page filter and search should be beside the search box, not below it.1 vote
The chart on the logs page takes a while to load. I would create a place holder space so that the search bar and log doesn't get pushed down and lose focus while the chart is loading.1 vote
