We’ve added a link to API keys in the Settings drop-down, on the main dashboard page, as well as the account drop-down in the upper right hand corner. Let me know if you’d like to see further optimizations!
Make logs properly searchable. We used to be able to put a single email address in the logs search box, and see log entries confined to email sent to that address specifically. However, this no longer works, it looks like the search queries everything that contains the address (e.g. message body and the like)10 votes

Hey, found an issue under the Supressions tab. Unable to select a domain under Supressions unlike the old UI.
Had to move to the older UI to delete supressions.

Thanks so much for your patience here! We’ve completed our migration to a new billing system and we are now sending out invoice emails that include the invoice attached as a PDF. If this isn’t the case for you, please reach out to me directly and we’ll sort it out.
In the Mailgun portal, you also now have the ability to add a secondary billing contact to receive the monthly invoices.
Where clearing out the bounces list, there isn't a way to select all (there was).2 votes

In order to delete a domain, please navigate to the domain, then click on “Domain Settings” and scroll down on that page and click “Delete Domain”
I can't remove a domain name after I've created it but before I've verified it.1 vote
Hi Thomas, when navigating to the unverified domain, click on the Domain Settings tab on the left hand side and scroll down on the resulting screen and hit Delete domain.

Thanks for your feedback here! We’ve released the ability to quick filter the domain list by starred/status/region.
I'm only using the EU region for my domains. But it always opens up the US region.
It would be great to have a setting where you can choose which region it should open by default.17 votes

Good day. If you send e-mail through templates, then the plain/text part is missing in the e-mail. Which reduces the score. I propose to add the ability to specify plain/text part in the e-mail send through templates.1 vote

Routes are under “Receiving” on the left-hand nav.
I work in the suppressions area of mailgun as part of my job. With this new format it takes a very long time to delete one email address and then wait for the page to reload. I liked it a lot better when I could mark multiple emails and delete them in batches. The reload time was not as long either.1 vote

A button to save changes to a route that I'm editing. Currently on the Edit Route page are only three buttons: "Edit Route" (seems redundant - I'm already editing the route), "Cancel" which silently discards any changes and goes back to routes, and "Back to Routes" which does the same as "Cancel".
A fourth button, "Save" or something along those lines, would be helpful.1 vote

when adding webhooks for different event type, the first that reaches 3 hooks prevents the others from receiving new values even though they only have 2 values. This limitation should only apply per event type and not globally.1 vote

Behavior of the 'select all' checkbox is not correct. Can't de-select an individual address after the 'select all' is checked. Also adds a duplicate line? Not sure what's going on with that...1 vote

the new interface loses track of the domain you are working with. It often takes several attempts to get to the page you are looking for with the correct domain, usually it jumps back to the first in the list1 vote

In the Logs section, the bar graph shows blue for accepted and green for delivered. This color scheme is not honored in the text version of the logs, however.
In the text body of the log, "Delivered" entries should stay green, but "Accepted" entries should be blue to match the corresponding color of the bar graph. This would allow me to more easily scan the logs for the proper information.10 votes
Very sorry, this was an inadvertent change with a recent release. This bug has been fixed.
