Set Default Domain For Logs In UI.
Customer would like to set a default domain for their logs.
2 votesThe new Logs experience now found under Reporting has been de-scoped from sending domain. You can still use filters to focus on a specific sending domain if needed.

Restore old search functionality
Bring back the old search functionality. I could previously search for email address, subject, keywords, really anything and it would search my logs. We have somehow gone backwards significantly, and now the only 'search' is recipient email address, and all other searches need to be done via filters that do not work. It used to be very easy to search the logs for what I needed, but now I feel I cannot find anything and it has rendered logs almost useless to me.

Refresh button on log searching
When searching the Logs, it would be nice if there were a refresh button, so I don't have to continually refresh the entire page to get newer results.

Bring back event search
The sending log is no longer working well, as it did before. I cannot filter the log by event type, to quickly see which have permanently failed, for example. Please fix this back to the original feature.

Log search improvments
Previous search filter UI/UX on logs was better than actual implementation. Please open a panel with all filters in one page not have to click many times to apply an event filter.

Mailgun Account Name
Mailgun Account Name field does not allow the use of space key when typing in real time. You must type the business name all together then click to add the space.
example, first type: MyBusinessAcccount
then do NOT save
next, click to add spaces: My Business Account

Looking to have the mime logs in a textbox so it could be copied to clipboard

Sort domains list by default
The domains list should be sorted in some meaningful way. At least sort it by domain name alphabetical. Or even better give us the option to sort by other columns like delivered or accepted

Subaccount - Default IP-Pool
On the subaccount page, when you edit a subaccount, I should be able to choose which Static IP/IP-pool to be default for that subaccount if IP is set to "Shared IP" in the subaccounts settings.

Specific error message when creating too many routes
Add a more specific error message when you create too many routes for your current plan (i.e. flex plan maximum is maximum of 5 routes). Otherwise, you are using trial-and-error for many hours to find the issue (because the current error message is: Couldn't create the route)

API for returning user/admin info - Mailgun UI
Would love an API for returning information about the management users for the Mailgun account.
I'd like to be able to query to get a list of "what employees have mailgun accounts? what role (admin etc) they are assigned to? is 2FA is configured?"
Would like to have the capability to get those details programmatically from Mailgun on a recurring basis.
Having this via the API would be extremely beneficial.

Thanks so much for your feedback here. We've recently released the ability for Admin users to programmatically retrieve a list of user accounts via a Users API endpoint. Additionally, Admin users can make a GET call to return specific details for a user on the account. Finally, all users can now retrieve their own user account details. reporting dashboard - filter by IP Pool
In the reporting dashboard would like the ability to filter by IP Pool.
We have completed the project of moving over hundreds of domains using our shared IP option into 2 IP pools (CUSTOM DOMAIN SHARED POOL A and CUSTOM DOMAIN SHARED POOL B) we are really keen to monitor these pools and their health.
Is there any way to see the metrics (delivered, opens, etc) for an IP pool? We want to monitor the health of these pools and see if there's improvement since we've moved everyone in there over time.

Confusion Around Error "Destination must be publicly accessible" When Adding Route
When adding a URL for a route, if the URL is not publicly accessible we will return an error of "Failed to create route". When looking in the dev console, only then do we see that the error is related to the URL not being publicly accessible. This can be confusing to users as they are not given the error directly

Hello. We have released an update that allows users to programmatically create API keys via a Keys API endpoint. Admin user is the only role to have Write capability for API key management via API. We have also made public our Credentials API and IP Whitelist API. HTTPS tracking toggle via API
Enable HTTPS tracking to be toggled and certificate to be generated via API so we can do full domain setup programmatically.

Add Current DNS Records back to Mailgun Control Panel
At one time a domain's current DNS records were visible in our control panel, however this no longer is displayed. Customers may still want to view these records in the Mailgun control panel, and not need to resort to get these values via API or DNS lookup.

Routes Search
The filter for searching routes dynamically updates with EVERY KEYPRESS. Instead of updating the list of routes it's also updating the filter itself so you after every key you lose focus on the text input and have to reclick then retype one character

fix the Alias Search
When performing an "Alias Search" from the Mailing lists list, the validation you're doing in the text box forces me to type really slowly, and even then there are input errors, like missed characters or duplicated characters. Please change the debounce value for your validation to only perform validation after I've legitimately paused my input.
