Allow multiple logins per Mailgun account. Not having this creates an absolute NIGHTMARE for teams larger than 3-5 developers.
As a dev team with multiple users who all may need access to this account, having a shared account is a nightmare from an access standpoint. Every time someone leaves, we have to change passwords, and as an organization we are focused on keeping individual users separate so we don't have a bunch of shared logins.
We don't need much; in fact, our team could all be administrators on the account, although going forward we'd want to have admins and maybe users who have more limited access. But we do need to have the ability to set up each user with their own u/p pair.
Hi All,
We’re pleased to let you know multi-user access is now available in the Mailgun control panel. Please check it out and let us know what you think!
You can add new users in the Account Settings tab of the Mailgun control panel.
Best,
Josh Odom

I tried to add my developer to my account and I have a CC on file, and I get this error: "Error: Failed to invite user. Invalid username and/or email." The email is valid and not sure what it means by username? Do they have to have an account on mailgun in order to get access?

I want to use this to give clients access to their domain specifically (e.g. stats, graphs, etc.) so per-domain(s) restriction of accounts would be very valuable.

I still do not see option for multi user login with restricted domain only access.
Can you please provide us the steps to get the same. -

Can I submit a bug?
1) This new functionality is only visible if you have a credit card associated to your account = ok
2) You need to log off and on again = bug?
3) It does not accept existing users, only new ones in your team = bug? -

I definitely need this feature as well as our company grows. I own the Mailgun account, but as we add devops and technical support teams, I want others to be able to see the logs and suppression lists.

The banks for replying to the comment above. I have the same question and am wondering the current status of this priority? Thanks in advance.

Would love to hear any update on timeline or roadmap for this feature.
I'm running a team where I need to give developers visibility to the sandbox and give my operations team access to the production domains without sharing login credentials. Right now I'm a functional bottle-neck for my team because of our company policy against the use of shared logins.
Love the service, but we would definitely be better served at my company by the implementation of this feature.

Hi all, we have recently joined Mailgun and are contemplating moving all our clients as the platform seems good, but this is a major roadblock. We have just estimated to a client to use webhooks to surface this information but they baulked at the cost for us to set that up. Any chance we can get an ETA so I can placate them?

It's a common task for my clients on Postmark to be able to login with read-only access to designated domains so that they can review outbound message activity and bounces and act accordingly. Often, they are responding to some type of client support inquiry and without this access they have to kick the request upstream to an email administrator (such as us), which is a waste of time for us and we're in a worse position than they are to respond to the end user / resolve the issue.
On a related note, once these users can be granted access, they'll want to actually be able to see the outbound messages, so I've proposed that as a separate suggestion: Ability to view message in Log entries - http://mailgun.uservoice.com/forums/156243-general/suggestions/8461423-ability-to-view-message-in-log-entries.

How long is the review process?

Yes, this is super frustrating. The single worst thing about Mailgun I would say.

Sincere apologies to everyone about this poor communication. We have not been responsive here about the timing.
The developer working on this was pulled onto a different project and an update fell through the cracks. We will be reevaluating the timeline on this and will try to prioritize. We'll repost the expected timing shortly.

Now 9 months... We're not talking complicated user management. If we could have full control + read-only that would be an added bonus but at least multiple accounts would be far better than the current situation. Again, while better from a security standpoint, I think most would be more than happy without having access/change logs too...

7 months after being "started" with an ETA of 1-3 weeks, still nothing.
Would love to see this feature with the option to limit users to certain domains, and even just to viewing/searching the logs for certain domains.

I'd love to see this as well from the API standpoint, having multiple limited users for API calls lets us and out the API key to devs that have no reason to be altering any data.

Hi there, we are now 11 weeks after the Mg Admin answer... any new ETA?
The supports speaks a lot about the stuff to be released in "1-2 weeks" but those features are never released...
