Hello,
We released the new Mailgun Send Logs experience. This builds on the previous release of the Metrics functionality, wrapping up our complete overhaul of the Mailgun Send Reporting experience.
What’s New?
- Logs are now tied directly to the metrics page of the reporting dashboard - this means users can now click through data in their reports to see event-level details in Logs.
- Users can now export data from Logs to save or share
- Logs are no longer tied to one domain, users can now select no domain, one domain, or multiple domains. As well as more filtering including user variables, delivery status messages, and much more.
We thank you for your previous feedback and we hope these changes will give you a better user experience.

Pretty nuts this isn't an option. I agree with @Roberto Vergani...

crazy that this super basic feature, needed by all of us, and offered by all market players is still not here...
thinking about moving elsewhere -

I really need this feature too....Seems like it's been on the table for a while and I'm at the point I can't survive without it...

Need a download CSV feature for logs of messages sent in the platform. We have been asking for this feature for over a year.

Hi, i would like a simply way in the interface to download logs for the last 30 days for any domain. For the moment, we have to use the events API and go page by page, this isnt practical. It should also be taken into consideration GDPR rulings, whereby our data should be easily obtainable whenever we wish. Regards, Ant

How is this not yet a capability within the admin panel? ETA?

Being able to import logs is very important to us as a customer. Please implement this.

A better alternative to exporting event logs would be to set up a webhook that tracked all your Delivered, Opened, Clicked etc. events and stored them in your own database that you could query and generate your own reports from.

Hi
Tell me, how i can download the logs? -
Nick commented
Link no longer works Please post sample code to call logs via API & convert to CSV or release an export feature in the logs.
This should be a core feature and necessary for troubleshooting send issues.

Additionally, the link provided by @suzzell above no longer works. Please update the link for the API export documentation. Thanks!

A much needed feature for any client that wants to retain their own archive of mail logs, for compliance, etc. Any updates you can provide would be appreciated!

We chatted a month or so back and you said you were adding the ability to download logs. ETA on when that will be available?
