RESTORE the old Resend functionality of auto-populating the address
When I click the cog to RESEND a bounced email, it USED TO fill in the bounced email address so that I could just click OK or make a quick edit to it, but now it comes up EMPTY so I have to retype the address from scratch. Can you please restore the previous functionality?
Thank you for your patience on this. We have reverted to the expected behavior for the resend function. The original recipient address will now pre-populate in the field.

I see no benefits to the new UI. Why change what isn't broke?
IMHO, the UI has continuously gotten worse (i.e. less functional, more clicks required to do the same thing) with every update over the last few years.
There's also a bug in "Resend Message" (it doesn't auto-fill the email and shows the wrong help message) which is present in both old and new UI.

When selecting the "Resend message" option in the Mailgun control panel, the placeholder text reads "Enter a unique version name" . This can be misleading as we are prompting for a recipient email address, and not a specific version name in any way
