Hello,
We released the new Mailgun Send Logs experience. This builds on the previous release of the Metrics functionality, wrapping up our complete overhaul of the Mailgun Send Reporting experience.
What’s New?
- Logs are now tied directly to the metrics page of the reporting dashboard - this means users can now click through data in their reports to see event-level details in Logs.
- Users can now export data from Logs to save or share
- Logs are no longer tied to one domain, users can now select no domain, one domain, or multiple domains. As well as more filtering including user variables, delivery status messages, and much more.
We thank you for your previous feedback and we hope these changes will give you a better user experience.

Why is there no export button to dump these out to a CSV?

It would be a nice feature if the log could be downloaded. Thanks.

I surprised and very disappointed. This is a pretty paramount feature to have. A lot of other features that MG develops are far less important than this. Can MG please focus on this?
I'm at the point where this is a make or break for us.

Agree! I'm new to MG. I just tried a mailing of 1000 of our 200K customers, dating back many decades. I received a notification from MG about the bounces. It's no surprise that we don't have current emails for every one. So I go to the log to export it. No Export?!?!? How am I supposed to clean up my mailing list if I can't export a list of the failures. I just subscribed two days ago and am already considering moving. This needs to be #1 on the roadmap.

Please incorporate log export for selected days. It is painful to have to do this manually.

Does the MG team even read these? New user over here and given the mass need of this feature, I expected to find a quick knowledge base/guide to how to do this. Instead I see ~1.5 years of users asking (begging?) for it. Any update on this feature?

Need to see when all emails are sent to a certain staff. This has to be added for lots of reasons.

This feature is essential for relaying information back to the customer when using this as a tool for sending email blasts. Giving them the ability to see which emails failed and for what reason will allow them to adjust and resend. Please add an export button!
