Invoices
Please send invoices via email as a PDF, whay should we the client have to logon and then download it?
Hey all,
Thanks so much for your patience here! We’ve completed our migration to a new billing system and we are now sending out invoice emails that include the invoice attached as a PDF. If this isn’t the case for you, please reach out to me directly and we’ll sort it out.
In the Mailgun portal, you also now have the ability to add a secondary billing contact to receive the monthly invoices.

This is not the case for us.
We only get the following without an invoice attached:"Thanks for submitting your payment to Mailgun. A payment was made in the amount of $*** dollars for *** - XXXX - Contract. For a more detailed description of payments made, please refer to your invoice for this month."
We really need those invoices attached for the billing recipient.
Otherwise, we need to give permissions to our billing staff which is a big no no for us. -

Thank you. Much needed.

We need this feature, too. Quite cumbersome to do it manually each month.

Have we seen this functionality implemented yet?

There is already a billing profile, the invoice should be sent to them and admins. Every month we have to forward the invoice to someone else

This should absolutely be a standard feature. IT Admins aren't accountants!

We need this as well. Kind of disappointing that this hasn't been implemented yet. I don't want to be in the business of forwarding invoices to accounting...

Are there any updates? That would be really great!

This feature that should definitely be.
Login e-mail address is owned by the technical person but the bill is concerned accountant. I mean, these are different people/department. -

By adding an invoice email it would be possible to allow companies to ensure the invoices are sent directly to those in charge of finances, thus optimising payment flows internally.

Please implement a billing address.

Monthly Mailgun invoices go to our admin e-mail account, who then has to forward the invoice to our finance department manually.
We'd like to be able to specify multiple e-mail addresses which receive the invoice, so that it goes directly to our finance inbox as well as to the admin as a FYI.
