Please Turn of CAPTCHA-I'm-not-a-Robot for Those with 2FA
Hi Guys:
I have 2-factor switched on with you... super-hi secure. I don't even allow the texting version - Google Authenticator only, so my Mailgun account is really very secure.
However, for the best of reasons, you've implemented the CAPTCHA-I'm-not-a-Robot step where one has to recognize cars, mountains, traffic lights etc... BEFORE the 2-step. It's an annoying extra step that no other site requires for folks with 2FA enabled.
Can you please get rid of it for those of us who've already done the secure thing and switched on 2-step please?
Happy Holidays...

Enable other ports for SMTP
Some providers do not allow outbound connections on ports 25, 465, and 587, such as Google Compute Engine.
It would be great to offer other ports for these providers.
6 votesWe have several alternative ports available, read more at http://blog.mailgun.com/25-465-587-what-port-should-i-use/

Webhook for all events (add `accepted`, `rejected`)
"accepted" "rejected" events are not available in webhooks. Adding them to webhooks would help our system track all emails not just "delivered" or "bounced" in the same way as all the other events.
"delivered" or "failed" events already fires for every email so adding "accepted" wouldn't increase the system load that much but would greatly help systems that need it.
5 votesHello,
Wanted to post an update that Mailgun now supports an Accepted event webhook. Further there is nothing on the roadmap regarding a rejected webhook. Feel free to repost this as a new feature request regarding need for a 'rejected' webhook.

SMTP Password copy UI behind chat button (bad!)
The floating chat/help button is on top of the "Copy" button in the toast. Perhaps it's better to use a modal dialog UI when resetting a password (and providing new password) instead of a notification style UI in the corner.
4 votesThank you for the feedback here. We've applied a z-index so that the chat bot is behind the toast notifications.

Ability to view message in Log entries
Add an HTML view of the sent message to Log entries. This would allow administrators (and other stakeholders, when multiple user support becomes available) to review messages as they were sent as needed.
This is a common task for my clients on Postmark to perform and Postmark gives them a view to do this. Similar to Mailgun, Postmark retains only the last 45 days of entries (Mailgun is 30). These time ranges are sufficient for responding to most inquiries that administrators and support staff receive as to who received (or didn't receive) what message when and what did it look…
4 votesHello,
This week, we released new improvements to our logs page. You can now see the rendered HTML view when you go to the “view details” tab of the message.Messages can be shown for a total of 3 days after they’ve been sent via Mailgun.

Track by day - Don't make me guess!
I'm not a developer. So webhooks and APIs aren't for me. How am I supposed to determine how many emails I've sent in a billing period?!? I can't. I can only guess.
Tracking cumulative monthly send (and other data) tells me little. I'd like to be able to track by day or a number of days in the past month so I can see where I'm at with my monthly subscription volume as well as track and compare campaigns.
4 votesMailgun now includes a reporting section that allows you to review your e-mail usage by account/domain.

RESTORE the old Resend functionality of auto-populating the address
When I click the cog to RESEND a bounced email, it USED TO fill in the bounced email address so that I could just click OK or make a quick edit to it, but now it comes up EMPTY so I have to retype the address from scratch. Can you please restore the previous functionality?
3 votesThank you for your patience on this. We have reverted to the expected behavior for the resend function. The original recipient address will now pre-populate in the field.

Allow for bulk import of suppression addresses
Can you please consider creating a bulk .csv list import option for emails/lists we want to add to the suppression list? I'd like to sort the UN-deliverable emails that export from Validation job, and to be able to import a bulk list of these email addresses to add to the Suppression List. Right now I only see a way of doing it one-at-a-time within the Mailgun UI. Thanks!
3 votesBoth the API and the UI/dashboard now support importing a CSV file to bulk add a list of addresses for the suppressions list (bounce, unsubscribe, complaint and whitelist).

Domain selection under Supression
Hey, found an issue under the Supressions tab. Unable to select a domain under Supressions unlike the old UI.
Had to move to the older UI to delete supressions.
Otherwise pretty slick
3 votesThanks for the feedback here. We’ve since squashed this bug!

3 votesInbox placement testing via inboxready allows for routine analysis of deliverability of sender email.

Remove the DELETE /domains endpoint from the API
The DELETE /domains endpoint is not documented, and it removes all domains from your account. My suggestion is to remove it from the API. The action of removing all domains from an account is really rare, and can easily be solved with multiple calls to remove each domain separately.
3 votesThanks for the feedback here. That call was inadvertently public. We’ve since removed that call from the public API.

Validate CNAME is in place if tracking is turned on.
Currently it is possible to turn on tracking even if your CNAME for email.mailgun.org is not in place, this leads to all links in emails sent out breaking. Would it be possible to check the CNAME is in place (as you currently check this under "Domains" when tracking is turned on and not allow it to be turned on if the CNAME is not in place?
3 votesHello,
This feature has been implemented in our dashboard.Josh

Allow different selector for DKIM
Stripe currently uses Mailgun to send transactional emails from the stripe.com domain, and we also use UserVoice (who also uses Mailgun) to send support email from the stripe.com domain. We've long wanted to have UserVoice send DKIM-signed email, and they've recently made some changes on their end to allow this by creating a stripe.com domain under their Mailgun account. However, Mailgun's use of a single, constant DKIM selector (s=mg) prevents us from providing a separate DNS entry that matches the UserVoice stripe.com DKIM key.
Is there any chance that we (or UserVoice) could specify a different selector to allow us…
3 votesThis has been implemented. You can now override the DKIM selector value in the API/dashboard.

Note if and what encryption was used for ssl/tls in the Received line
It would be helpful for debugging if the Received line added by mailgun would include the tls protocol if the mail was sent with starttls or ssl. I am currently using a node.js app with nodemailer and I think that uses starttls automatically, but I have no way to check that since it is not recorded in the mail.
3 votesThe TLS connection type, certificate verification and mx host have been added to event logs.
You can also manage your TLS settings using our API. More on that https://documentation.mailgun.com/user_manual.html#tls-sending-connection-settings

Make DKIM DNS hostname configurable
Right now when a Mailgun domain is created we cannot change the hostname of the DKIM TXT record. We are often sending on behalf of clients who control their own DNS records and there is a chance that there might be a conflict between their own DKIM records and the Mailgun provided ones. We also have clients that would like to mandate what the hostname should be.
3 votesThe DKIM selector is now configurable in the dashboard to handle this case.

Easier way to remove unsubscribe suppressions
Please remove the "ten at a time" limit on viewing Unsubscribes, or add a "Remove All" button like the Bounces page has. It takes three clicks, on widely separate areas of the page, too remove a page of Unsubscribes, and now that the limit is ten it takes a long, long time if I let them add up.
I handle unsubscriptions in my application, so I need to clear up the list periodically in MailGun so if they re-subscribe through my application they can immediately begin receiving mail again.
Thank you!
2 votesThanks again for the feedback here. we've added a "Remove all" option for both Unsubscribe and Complaints.
