Resend email functionality available to support role or create a new low perm role with this function
Would be great to not have to provide someone admin/dev permissions just so they can resend emails. We have some emails that don't make it or get missed and it is helpful to have an agent that can resend emails to themselves on occasion and then forward it to the user to ensure they recieve it. If it was a new low permission set role or if you could enable a specific permission with a checkbox against a user's account "allow this user to resend emails" this would make it so we don't all have to have other excessive permissions and improve security

Hello,
We have completed an update that will allow support role users to resend messages via the Mailgun Control Panel event log, either to the original recipient or to a verified authorized recipient. This restores a key troubleshooting capability that was removed earlier this year due to security concerns.
To enable:
- Login to the Mailgun Control Panel.
- Go to the sandbox domain’s Settings > Setup tab and add up to 5 authorized recipients.
- Note: Only Admin and Developer users can set up authorized recipients. Support role users can then view/use the resend to authorized recipient option.
- In Logs, select Resend from the event Actions menu.
- A support role user can choose to resend to the original recipient or a verified authorized recipient (they must verify their email first before appearing in the dropdown). An Admin and Developer user can still resend to the original recipient or overwrite that email address and send to a different email address.
Let us know if you have any questions — and thank you for your patience while we worked on a solution.

Smashing the upvote on this. This was told to me as a "security enhancement" but actually does the opposite since we have to assign all support members as admins.

Mailgun recently changed the Resend button to where it can only be used by Admins. This is unacceptable for us because we have support personnel who use the Resend button on an almost daily basis, and those support personnel should not have admin access. Can you please either restore the Resend button to the Support role or create a new non-admin role which has the Support role + the Resend button? Thanks in advance!
