Mailgun Account Name
Mailgun Account Name field does not allow the use of space key when typing in real time. You must type the business name all together then click to add the space.
example, first type: MyBusinessAcccount
then do NOT save
next, click to add spaces: My Business Account

API for returning user/admin info - Mailgun UI
Would love an API for returning information about the management users for the Mailgun account.
I'd like to be able to query to get a list of "what employees have mailgun accounts? what role (admin etc) they are assigned to? is 2FA is configured?"
Would like to have the capability to get those details programmatically from Mailgun on a recurring basis.
Having this via the API would be extremely beneficial.
3 votesHi all,
Thanks so much for your feedback here. We've recently released the ability for Admin users to programmatically retrieve a list of user accounts via a Users API endpoint. Additionally, Admin users can make a GET call to return specific details for a user on the account. Finally, all users can now retrieve their own user account details. For more information on public API endpoints and access levels per role, please visit https://documentation.mailgun.com/docs/mailgun/user-manual/mg_security/#rbac-api-key-permissions-based-on-role.

Allow exporting logs
how do i get a detailed spread sheet of my logs i can download
for example today I have 1949,852 and 206 permanent errors
how do i get those email addresses and the reasons
the export supressions for the day only gives me 21 records
i am not unwilling to upgrade but i don't want a dedicated IP THANK YOU229 votesHello,
We released the new Mailgun Send Logs experience. This builds on the previous release of the Metrics functionality, wrapping up our complete overhaul of the Mailgun Send Reporting experience.
What’s New?
- Logs are now tied directly to the metrics page of the reporting dashboard - this means users can now click through data in their reports to see event-level details in Logs.
- Users can now export data from Logs to save or share
- Logs are no longer tied to one domain, users can now select no domain, one domain, or multiple domains. As well as more filtering including user variables, delivery status messages, and much more.
We thank you for your previous feedback and we hope these changes will give you a better user experience.

Ability to create a "Never Suppress" list
Create the ability to have a list of email addresses that MailGun will continue to attempt delivery too, even if it receives a bounceback. This is a compliance feature that will ensure delivery to an archival address. (SendGrid currently has a Never Suppress list.)
2 votesHi there,
Mailgun has the ability to add a domain or an email address to a Suppressions whitelist.
Check out our API documentation here: https://documentation.mailgun.com/en/latest/api-suppressions.html#view-all-whitelist-records
You can also access the suppressions whitelist in the Mailgun dashboard by heading to Sending > Domains, click on the preferred domain, then click on Suppressions > Whitelists.
