Offer chat support again.
Chat support used to be available on the mailgun site. It was very useful and made mailgun outstanding. Please bring it back.

The idea I support is to offer chat support to all clients. You had chat support when I signed up. This is a cop out saying that the idea I supported is closed when I need to pay more money for it to be true.
Very disappointing.

I sent a message on support ticket. but almost 3weeks mailgun support team are not give me back a feedback. so I agree using chat system getting touch with them.

Agreed, already been 2 days trying to get this working. Might have to look for another provider. Too bad WPEngine doesn't support this product as their chat support team is awesome!
