    I agree. It really makes me think twice about using this product when such basic features as duplicating and renaming are missing. Nobody wants to have to recreate a template from scratch every time when it shoudl be so easy to just duplicate an existing one and modify it.

    Yes. I was very surprised to find there is no way to toggle between the 2 editor modes.

    Since there is no "Duplicate template" feature (only the ability to duplicate a _version_), I implemented my own using the API, but any templates created via the API seem to be stuck in HTML editor mode, which doesn't work for us.

    So as a workaround for that, we have to manually create a blank template from the UI, then use the API to "populate" it (copy in the version contents that we want) from the other template...
