Apply date formatting to Metrics screen

I have set my preferences to display ISO date/times. In the Metrics screen I only see AM/PM times. And the dates are also formatted in some backwards format.

    Mailgun team ... please implement this. It's a frustrating experience to quickly understand log events. It should reflect the Time format set in user prefs and probably default to ISO given the audience that is looking at logs.

    Date pickers should also reflect also this. Currently "Start date" 08/05/2026 to "End date" 09/04/26 means starting 8th May and ending 9th April for everyone who doesn't use the unique US date format :weary:

    Dates are wrong format. I have chosen London as my timezone, yet all dates are in the mm/dd/yyyy format not the dd/mm/yyyy format.

    I set my date format to ISO in account settings (YYYY-MM-DD etc), but this is ignored in the Logs view, Date filters in logs view and reporting dashboard where the date format is always shown in USA format of mm-dd-yyy.
    The date 08/07/24 displayed in logs for people outside the USA is 8th July (dd-mm-yy).

    Can the UI please use the option I selected in Settings?
