We manage email delivery for a multi-district K–12 platform serving thousands of users. During a configuration incident, a permissions misconfiguration caused large numbers of legitimate recipients to be added to our suppression list simultaneously.
Mailgun currently requires suppressions to be removed one email address at a time via search. There is no way to bulk remove by domain, tag, date range, or any other filter. For organizations dealing with a mass suppression event, this means manually clearing hundreds or thousands of addresses individually — which is time-consuming, error-prone, and delays time-sensitive communications to end users.
Requested feature: A bulk suppression removal tool that allows filtering by domain, date added, tag, or a manually uploaded list of addresses, with a confirmation step before deletion.
