  1. I'd like to see which dedicated IPs or IP Pools each domain is associated with

    We have a few dozen domains, a few dedicated IPs, and an IP Pool.

    It would be helpful if there were an easier way to see which IPs or Pools our domains are associated with.

    The current systems for administering dedicated IPs and IP Pools are confusing and hard to use.

    I've included a mockup example, showing the domains and the IPs/Pools they are associated with.

  2. Enhance DMARC Report Analysis with Documentation or Further Tooltips

    In the DMARC Reports section, please enhance the feature with either further documentation or even better enhance the use of Tooltips. You have some Tooltips on column headings, but in many cases you are providing help for columns that are obvious or the Tooltip documentation incomplete.

    I'm going to preface this with I'm not a DMARC expert so my definitions might not be completely accurate.

    For example:
    Compliance - Describe further what DMARC compliance is and I believe that is:
    SPF Authentication Passes with Alignment
    or
    DKIM Authentication Passes with Alignment

    DMARC failures - inverse of the above

    SPF failures…

  3. Add Global Open/Click/Spam Rate

    Migrating from Sendgrid I could easily see my global open/click/spam rate, along with click/spam rates per category. It's a nice way of seeing at a glance if anything is amiss.

  4. Add Alerting for Bounce Classification

    Add the ability to alert when there are Bounce Classifications.

    These bounces can be fairly impactful, so it'd be good to be alerted if there's a new major bounce, like getting added to a Block List, or an IP Rate Limit

  5. Add date range for Bounce Classification

    Add the ability to change the Bounce Classification dashboard to allow you to filter it down by time.

    These bounces can be fairly impactful, so it'd be good to be able to see if any new bounce classifications have happened in the last week/24 hours.

  6. Date format in logs is USA format, even though my setting is ISO

    I set my date format to ISO in account settings (YYYY-MM-DD etc), but this is ignored in the Logs view, Date filters in logs view and reporting dashboard where the date format is always shown in USA format of mm-dd-yyy.
    The date 08/07/24 displayed in logs for people outside the USA is 8th July (dd-mm-yy).

    Can the UI please use the option I selected in Settings?
