Worked with a customer who was having issues with Routes. As they were testing, messages sent to a simple route were returning the error "550 relay denied". After some troubleshooting with Nolan and Anton, it turns out the account was not properly activated. It is not clear if the issue was the customer didn't click the link in the activation email or a bug occured. In either case, some kind of flag on the UX that indicates this state would be useful.
