  1. Button to switch to a different random shared IP address

    e.g. if the current one has been blacklisted because of another user.

    Hi all,


    Thank you all for your feedback on this topic. I wanted to highlight a blog post from last year covering our position on fixing an image as a sender at Gmail, for example:

    As such the attribution of a sender image is not something that Mailgun, as a service provider, can facilitate. Additionally with the push for BIMI in the industry this will become the standard, over time, to "assign" an image to your sending.

  3. Validation Utilization

    We're using the email validation feature as a Heroku add-on and are currently on the 50k/month plan (after a week of usage and 3 upgrades). We don't have a good idea of what our volume is going to be, so I've been checking on a daily basis to see what our current usage is and adjusting our limit as appropriate. As it stands, this means I have to look at each days usage and add them all together. I'd really, really appreciate a total count of validations for the current billing period.     Hey there,

    Thanks for reaching out with your suggestion!

    Mailgun is a third-party add-on to your current Heroku account so we have a lot limitations on what statistics can align with your billing periods. Since Heroku manages your billing unfortunately there is not much we can do to align the number of validations you use with your set limits.
