Message too old, error code: 602.
We understand that the error is a result of Mailgun not reaching the recipient mail server.
I looked for this error online and only found external sources (except for the feedback):

It would be nice if Mailgun would note this error and provide more descriptive information and how to solve this issue. We didn't know what that error meant until we asked the client to whitelist the Ip ranges from the domain we are using to send from.

For example, "The message could not be delivered since we cannot connect to the email recipient server." Hint: Please check that the recipient server is not blocking mailgun IP addresses".
