  1. Grouping to avoid blacklist / blocking

Allow grouping of accounts so the Transaction based clients don't get grouped with Bulk clients so the innocent ones don't get blocked / blacklisted. This would allow the accounts that only send emails to clients that agree to being contacted. This would cut down on the innocent ones getting blocked / banned because the same IP is being used for BULK messages

  2. Email Notifications if there is a jump in delivered emails

I use Mailgun for transactional emails for a ton of domains. There was 1 domain that recently caused an issue where a ton of spam submissions started being sent through one of the forms on a website. The account lock could have easily been avoided if there was some type of email notification system in place.

  3. Change 'blacklist' to denylist

Common industry terms for allowlist and denylist are becoming more popular than the less descriptive "whitelist" and "blacklist"

Allowlist / denylist informs users about what the lists do

  4. Automatically be notified of major deliverability issues like being blacklisted by some providers

A noisy sender on the IP address we were sending on caused it to become listed on a problematic blacklist and rejected by all Outlook/hotmail email addresses. We only found out when a customer told us they weren't getting the password reset. It would be great to be notified about events like these so we could investigate sooner.
