  2. Shorten Tracking URLs

    The current URLs used for tracking link clicks are quite long. Offering a way to shorten them via Bit.ly or perhaps an custom shortened URL would be helpful.

    Thank you for your interest in this feature. After further evaluation, we’ve decided not to move forward with shorter tracking URLs at this time.


    While the approach showed promise, it would require storing additional message metadata, which introduces significant infrastructure costs and would likely impact pricing.


    Given this, we’re not able to offer it in a way that meets our standards today.


    We’ll continue exploring alternative approaches, and if we identify a viable solution that maintains performance without increasing cost, we’ll be sure to share updates.
