Provide a WYSIWYG template Editor
Please make a better WYWIWYG email editor. Have a look at your competitors, like SendInBlue. There system is excellent. See attached image of their email editor. By comparison editing templates in MailGun is like living in a dark cave with no electricity.

Require 2FA for all users under an account
Under security settings for an account exposing setting that would require all users to enable 2FA immediately or within N days of accepting their invite.

Domain selection under Supression
Hey, found an issue under the Supressions tab. Unable to select a domain under Supressions unlike the old UI.
Had to move to the older UI to delete supressions.
Otherwise pretty slick

Invoices
Please send invoices via email as a PDF, whay should we the client have to logon and then download it?

Thanks so much for your patience here! We’ve completed our migration to a new billing system and we are now sending out invoice emails that include the invoice attached as a PDF. If this isn’t the case for you, please reach out to me directly and we’ll sort it out.
In the Mailgun portal, you also now have the ability to add a secondary billing contact to receive the monthly invoices.

Add Delete- all button in Bounce list
Where clearing out the bounces list, there isn't a way to select all (there was).

ip whitelisting for smtp sending
the vast majority of our sending is sent by one IP, the ability to whitelist use of the API and SMTP sending to that IP would make sending much more secure.
Also a fail2ban style policy such that should someone get an API key or SMTP credential wrong 5 times in succession that they should not be able to try again for x minutes and then increasing.
22 votesThe IP Allowlist now covers both API and SMTP connections to Mailgun. To access this feature navigate to "IP Access Management" in the UI.

text/plain in e-mail template
Good day. If you send e-mail through templates, then the plain/text part is missing in the e-mail. Which reduces the score. I propose to add the ability to specify plain/text part in the e-mail send through templates.

View json data expanded in logs instead of collapsed.
When viewing the json data in the logs, it would be nice to have the data all expanded by default. Maybe this is just a setting...

2FA login form should have autocomplete turned off
The 2FA form should have autocomplete disabled (cf. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Security/Securing_your_site/Turning_off_form_autocompletion) As it is, the browser remembers and offers to autocomplete every previous 2FA code you've ever used, which is messy and unhelpful.

Remove domain before verification
I can't remove a domain name after I've created it but before I've verified it.
